		<description>I think you were&#160;a little off the mark describing the Giants&#039; status heading into the Super Bowl.&#160;You make the Giants sound like they were mediocre and merely lucky. Did you not watch the playoffs? This Giants team led the league in sacks, won three straight road games over teams with better stats and records, and their QB was the only QB who had not thrown an interception in the postseason. At that time, they were playing better than anyone in the league, and everyone, including me, failed to see that because they were so fixated on the Pats getting their &quot;perfect&quot; season.</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t know much, but I do know that Lance Briggs will be looking good as a 49er starting LB next season.&#160; I also know that I won&#039;t bad mouth the Giants as they did what no one thought possible, and ended up in the Superbowl with 3/4ths of an Offense and 1/3rd of a Defense.&#160; I wish my niners were in that boat.</description>
