Professional athletes should not be drinking(if they want to be one of the best). 2. You don't drink and boat. It's just like drinking and driving. Impaired boating causes accidents, and it's illegal. 3. You never talk back or question the police. If they say jump you ask how high? If they say bark like a dog you start barking.
