		<description>Not sure what you mean when you say Angelo had &quot;better get with it&quot; if he wants to sign Simms.  While Tennessee can re-sign Simms now since teams can re-sign their own players whose contracts have run out (a la Luke McCown and David Carr), the free agency period during which Simms can sign with another team, like the Bears, doesn&#039;t begin until Feb. 27.  Angelo can do nothing official until then.</description>
