Thanks Moose. We’ll be keeping an eye on the bubble guys throughout the preseason. I think Al “The Volcano” Afalava is in simply b/c he can actually tackle people. Has Angelo found another late-round gem in the draft? Let’s hope so!

Just found this site and I am so glad the internet allows for real fans to put up sites like this. You would never see a breakdown like this on ESPN and this is what the true fans should be thinking about when they watch the preseason games. Not, how good Cutler or Urlacher looks. But, who is going to make it on the team. One advantage that a player like Afalava has over a guy like Bullocks ( besides that he is playing like a beast) but has contarct for only 300k while I think Bullocks is around 1.5. Great stuff and keep up the great work !

Thanks Matt! Most interesting to me are guys like AP and Wolfe battling for the third RB and how the backup linebackers and tight ends shake out. Would you have ever thought you’d see Vasher and Hillenmeyer as bubble guys?

Nice work.

I think you could add in Beekman, Bennett, Bowman(if he’s ready to go), Clark, Graham, Hanie, Idonije, Jones, McKie, Payne, and Pisa to locks. I think all of those guys you listed make the team too.

The bubble guys, I think Basanez, Kinder, and Peterman are “not looking so good”.
