Had to share this too, from the Onion this week about ESPN's coverage of the Packers/Vikings game,

ESPN Completely Misses Brett Favre Vs. Green Bay Packers Storyline

http://www.theonion.com/content/news/espn_completely_misses_brett_favre

especially this

"I'm still kicking myself because Jon Gruden didn't have a chance to share with America his very long, very uncomfortable anecdote about how he once sort of coached Favre," Rothman added.

I thought the same thing when watching it on Sunday, glad someone else called it out. And the MaGee run was funny. It was nice for once to not have to watch the Bears/Turner playing for a field goal on the last drive down the field. Great blog Boomer!

Vinsanity - the BALL has to cross the plane of the goal line. His front foot is barely across the line and it looks like he's already dropping the ball.

You're 100% right though, the Lions are the real jackasses for not catching it!

wow.....isnt it if a player crosses the goaline with possesion of the ball its a touchdown? the pic you have is very inconclusive, but at a different angle i bet that ball is crossing the goal line!....but hey the real jackass would be the lions coaching staff for not picking it up!
