Daaaaaaaaaaaaaa Baerz! I'm not only a Bears fan, but a US pro cycling team soigneur. I had the good fortune to work last summer for Atlanta's Team Type 1 Pro Cycling Team based out of Atlanta. Several of their athletes are Type 1 like Jay. Their med sponsors include on-body insulin pumps from Chicagoland's own Abbott Labs. Incredible to see what guys like Jay and the TT1 guys can achieve with Type 1 diabetes. After the Super Bowl, US cycling heats up, so if you're interested, check out TT1 at the Grant Park, Elk Grove and Downers Grove pro races in July and August. Then it's time again for training camp in Burbonais. Baerz!
