It burns me up to hear a horrible former QB like Dilfer critique anybody. He should look into his past; more INT’s to TD’s,a 70.2 QB rating,and had it not been for Ray Lewis and that defense, his QB play would have never lead to SB victory. I also beleive he was known as a “Cartaker.” Hum! what a legacy.

Like I said 4 weeks ago!! The problems starts from the top and trickles down. Jerry and Lovie need to go! Clean house now and bring in Cowher while he is available. Then we can get back to playing the smash mouth football that Chicago desperately needs.

Jay – thanks for your comment. Lovie’s defense has gotten worse every year since the Super Bowl. Do you think it’s a coincidence that coincides with Ron Rivera getting fired as DC? Hmmm. Besides, what kind of OC do you think will want to come here and coach for a lame duck Lovie? Mike Martz? No thanks. You’ll get a 2nd rate guy and then when Lovie gets canned after next season, you have another coordinator and another system for Cutler and Co. to learn. Clean house and get quality guys in place ASAP. We cannot continue to accept mediocrity!

Boomer, you need to calm down. Dilfer is right and here is why. This is cutler’s first year here. With a better O C, he will be and will do better. Also, I agree that Lovie should be given one more chance. He is the first coach since Ditka to take us to the Super Bowl. After next year, if the bears don’t at least make it to the second round of the playoffs then Lovie should get the boot.
