4. Nate Allen, 6-0, 207

Allen is considered a playmaker in the defensive backfield.  Check out the Intangibles listed in CBS Sports’ analysis:

"Very good student. Sets the defense on the field. Loves the game; works hard on and off the field to improve."

It sounds like that would fill a need.  Here’s the first prospect that might be lining up for the Bears.  Head Coach Lovie Smith had dinner with him and he really impressed the Bears.  Since he’s projected as a 2nd round pick, the Bears would need to trade up to get him, but it seems like he would be worth the swap.
