As you know, my moniker is a sign of frustration that we didn’t have a new organization this year and the fear of another “Dick Jauron” extension looms like an ax. I see the other teams in our division making strides and all we get is recycled hope.

I like you turning the tables on me -good stuff. Don’t misconstrue my posting the information as me BELIEVING in the information I’m posting. I’m putting it out there to distill a bunch of different posts/articles in one place so the readers can make up their own minds (with some added wise-ass comments when I can get them in).

I am with you – there is a lot of spin and BS being put out there. It’s only May, so let’s take all of it for what it’s worth.

Loive is such a savant that he takes our one proven corner and converts him… so much for the logic that Peanut couldn’t learn FS. Maybe Daniel Manning could take a shot at corner, he is our “best” athlete. Bowman is a good player. Once Tillman gets pardoned from Lovies doghouse, maybe he’ll wake up at running back!

As for Major Wright Boomer, the spin cycle has Steltz suddenly escaping his Archuleta shadow and Bullocks is the real deal to Lovie…. let the kid play, the others have already failed.

All the rubbish about our WR’s is just that…. they’ll do fine and Martz’s offense will do fine once they figure out how to block for Jay. That equation remains the same and is the only question that somehow escaped an answer. Line play is the one aspect of football that never changes and sub par units lead to sub par results, no exceptions.

Peppers and Urlacher are all pros, they are supposed to be doing well, that’s their job. In the Tribune today, another fluff article quotes Mark Anderson as stating that he’s ready for a big year…. Sounds great in May, but at some point he’ll have to defend the rush and we’ve heard his song before, but before we had Alex to start in September.

All you faithful may read me as being cynical… but maybe you should look up the word “pragmatic” and realize I want the same results, I just see the keystone cops of our management for what they are and I’m not happy about it.
