Everyone knows what he meant even the ones crying but they will milk katrina for everything they can. I dont think theyre gonna actually charge Blanco or Nagin with criminal neglect, thats who you were referring to i assume as being the criminals. He's under pressure to say something that distinguishes himself, so he's probably prone to hyperbole, but the professionals within the broadcast staff have to catch that before it hits the air. Katrina and our national response is a black mark on this nation. What was happening on the ground was criminal. It's not being politically correct to expect reverence for such a disgrace.
