Jay Cutler Cleared for Practice, Set to Start versus Seahawks

The NFL Network’s Jason LaCanfora is reporting that Jay Cutler has been cleared for practice.  This from his Twitter account:

Jay Cutler cleared to participate fully in Bears practice on Wed and in line to start barring any unforeseen setback from his concussion

Tuesday is an off day for the Bears, so don’t expect any confirmation until Wednesday’s practice.

All I can say is thank God.  After the brutal performance by Todd Collins last week against the Panthers, this can’t come soon enough.   The pressure is now on Mike Martz, Mike Tice and the O-line to keep Cutler in one piece.

BEAR DOWN!!!

Through the month of October, my usual BEAR DOWN signoff will be in pink to raise awareness for National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
