He hangs onto the ball WAY to long. He's been extremely inaccurate with his throws in the last 4 weeks. And he's made some extremely poor decisions. He never has been one of the Best QBs in the league and I personally don't see him having the ability to be the best. Outside of one year where he had to throw the ball ten thousand times, he has been a great Qb at best. Certainly not "the best in the league".
