From the looks of the main picture here, it seems like she may have spent all her money that she made on The Hills on fighting those pesky Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Those Spiked Shoulder Pads could only have been designed by The Shredder.

Actually, the printed article is a little more in-depth in that the witness gave US Weekly her name.
