Now, that can be a disaster but it’s what the Bears are this year. I look at it as the Bears taking steps each week, as long as they improve, we are heading in the right direction. Lovie is our coach so I guess we have to live with what that brings.

They were also on the road and had to travel across the country on a short week. The Bears are much better at home, which worries me since the last 3 division games are on the road.

Bottom line, the Bears beat a team that they should have beat. Let’s hope Martz has some trickery ready next week cause its going to be tough and he’s really going to have to be ready to adjust as the game goes on.

Other side of the coin, no QB play for our opponent. We had to win.

Thing is, in the first half, Thigpen was throwing well to his left sideline downfield…. even burned Tillman a couple of times. Marshall dropped a couple easy ones and somehow, they quit testing those same routes.

We played a better, more complete game last night, but I can’t help but think that it should have been more emphatic. At least the O line wasn’t a complete turnstyle.
