You make some good points cheetum. Just to be perfectly accurate, the Falcons have lost at home this season to the Saints a couple of Monday nights ago. That said, this is probably a more comfortable matchup for the Seahawks.

It's true that the Bears have struggled at home this season but they're improving. The Seahawks game was probably the low point of the season for the Bears.

As far as the Seahawks, their emotional high could be a major letdown. Like I said in the post, they've already proven their point. Beating the Saints was their Super Bowl. It's now time to take Cinderella's slipper and smash it to pieces.

You might think getting the Seahawks is good fortune, but the Seahawks feel the same way about getting the Bears. They could have faced Atlanta, who haven't lost a home game all year. Instead they face the Bears, who they've already beaten at Soldier Field. In fact the Bears have not really been that good at home all year, losing there 3 times and barely winning most of the others.

The worst part for the Bears is that the are catching the Seahawks at the wrong time, as they are riding high on an emotional hot-streak.

Be careful what you wish for, your dream-come-true could really be a nightmare in disguise.

Guys - be careful what you wish for. Philly has looked terrible the past few weeks - they lost to Joe Webb! - and Vick does not look the same. What worries me about the Seahwks is the Arizona complex from two years ago; getting HOT at the right time.

Fair enough. That would be the ideal outcome, right? Pack win but Rodgers gets knocked out late.

I don't think I can bring myself to root for the Packers. Maybe I can stomach a Pack win if Aaron Rodgers gets all sorts of banged up.

I dont think it matters who the Seafags play. The Saints defense was terrible. It was a fluke that they won. Dont get all happy hawks fans. Your team still sucks. If the Bears get to play them they will decimate them.

I'll take that match-up, pretty much for the same reasons as you noted. The Eagles are not a match I want either...would much rather face the Bears. Go HAWKS!
