Don Banks always dogs the Bears, for some reason he can't stand them. Banks has been killing them all year in the Power Rankings, but whatever, he has to live with his bitterness. Peter King picked the Bears. He still writes good stuff.

Unfortunately Dr. Z had a stroke about 2 years ago. King has done many charity fundraisers for him, but it sounds like he won't be writing again. Sad, he was my favorite.

How does Seahawks-Anybody rank higher than Steelers-Bears? Even if you ignore the history behind these two franchises, can you imagine the defensive war between these two teams: Harrison, Woodley, Polamalu, Peppers, Urlacher, Briggs, etc., just laying people one after another!

This is one of the reasons I stopped reading SI. The quality of writing has gone downhill, and the opinion pieces that are in the magazine now are garbage. What happened to Dr. Z? Where's Peter King, and why didn't he write this piece?
