The Ravens tried to phone the NFL but it was speculated that Jacksonville, who were also involved, tied up the phone lines so the Ravens couldn't get through. Since 2003 the NFL installed more phone lines so this doesn't happen again. And the Ravens should get the Bears 4th round draft pick. However, this just shows one more thing Angelo is bad at when it comes to the draft. He was already bordering on incompetent at picking talent in the first and second round and now he can't even follow through on trade procedure?
