The ball bounced right for our team all season last year and we had no significant injuries. Our prevent 2 scheme concedes time of possession and that doesn't bode well for an older defense on the field constantly. You can't count on that again. We still struggle with two elemental football axioms, protecting the QB and rushing the QB. Carimi can help, but we need a LTackle that was drafted highly three years ago to be a first round talent. Green Bay is young and solid. Detroit is coming and our window is down to it's last season. Agree with Boomer that Cutler is an elite talent, but if we fail to block for him he'll just get murdered again... at least Hanie looks somewhat ready.
