The San Francisco 49ers have put the ball in center Olin Kreutz’s court and put the pressure on the Chicago Bears.  Michael Wright from ESPN Chicago reports that the Niners sent Kreutz a contract proposal: An NFL source said that the Niners sent Kreutz a contract proposal Wednesday night. So far the headline for Bears fans has been the guys that they haven’t gotten rather than the guys that they have gotten.  Add another name to that list now that former Titans defensive end Jason Babin has landed with the Philadelphia Eagles. Greg Olsen’s agent Drew Rosenhaus sent an email to basically the entire NFL, soliciting trade offers for the Bears tight end: Drew Rosenhaus sent a mass email to the league’s general managers and personnel people at 7:56 p.m. Wednesday night announcing the Bears were making Olsen available for trade. The free agent wide receiver market is shrinking, with many of the top targets finding addresses outside of Chicago.  Let’s recap some of the top targets and their probable landing spots: Santonio Holmes – inked a 5 year, nearly $50 million deal with $24 million in guaranteed money with the Jets Sidney Rice – reportedly heading to the Pacific Northwest with Pete Carroll and the Seahawks.  5 years, $41 million with $18.5 in guarantees.
