I'm a die-hard Lions fan. I would like o say that Cutler did a phenomenal job improvising against our D-Line. It was a good game after all was said and done. GO LIONS!!!

My sentiments exactly, like literally. I am a life-long bears fans and native New Yorker and I too traveled to every northeast game I could get to. The best part for the 06 superbowl run for me was that I got to see the Bears live in New York (twice) and in New England. Words can't express how infuriated I am to watch the same mistakes over and over, to watch every move turn out to be the wrong one. I feel like there's a few games every year where Lovie decides to go for it on third, and then fourth, and one in a close game when at this same time Martz decides the only play he has in his encyclopedic playbook is to give it to Forte up the middle. I love Forte, I am firmly in the camp that the Bears should have paid him long ago, and he does many things exceptionally well, but picking up any 'and one' situation is not one of those things. We know this, opponents know this, the talking heads know this, but Lovie and Martz seem to forget this on a regular basis. Every time I watch Omifoul false star or get absolutely lit up, often times one right after the other, I'm reminded of Jerry's comment that "the Bears did more than anybody to improve the offensive line". He should have been fired, or publicly executed, on the spot for making such a dumb comment. I know this isn't what a fan does but part of me really wants to root against the Bears for the rest if the season. I feel like a 2-14 season would bring about the sort of purge this team desperately needs.
