Which option would you choose… 1) Hanie plays well and the Bears make the playoffs, but lose in the first round. Or… 2) The Bears dust off and sign Favre, who comes in and leads the Bears to the Super Bowl by beating the Packers in the NFC Champ game in Lambeau. For what its worth, I cannot stand Favre. But I also use to feel the same way about Probert until he put on the Hawks sweater. Just saying… Here’s a rhetorical question for all the Bears faithful to ponder. Which option would you choose…

1) Hanie plays well and the Bears make the playoffs, but lose in the first round.

Or…

2) The Bears dust off and sign Favre, who comes in and leads the Bears to the Super Bowl by beating the Packers in the NFC Champ game in Lambeau.

For what its worth, I cannot stand Favre. But I also use to feel the same way about Probert until he put on the Hawks sweater. Just saying…

Hanie is a FA after this year and these next few games will determine whether or not he is worth re-signing. If he plays well then you say bye-bye to Orton after the season. If Hanie flops, then you don’t resign him and bring Orton back next year as Cutler’s back-up. I like the move for one reason.
