if the Bears are gonna overpay in free agency, i say get Mario for sure and build a dominant D-line. VJax is a diva and i don’t think he will mesh in the locker room. Sure, he is talented, but his price tag is gonna be way high Book end Mario and Pepp and the Bears D will be a whole lot better and will hide any deficiencies at the safety position, because opposing QBs should be upright as often to pick them apart!

i was torn on this subject until you realize which player would have more impact for the bears?

the tandem of pepper and mario is too overwhelming to pass up. they would make everyone behind them so much better. i still agree they need to add fresh blood to the WR core and if the bears are lucky enough for floyd to fall to them then the could have an impact rookie WR.

Yes, get Mario. I think V Jax is off the table or at least will be way to expensive.Get Mario, draft a WR in the first round, and then pick up on offensive lineman in the second round or in free agency.

I think Mario is a good fit because our defensive secondary is horrible. Tillman can’t do it by himself and yet that’s basically what he’s been doing. Getting an extremely solid pass rush will negate our immediate need for a top corner back.
