@Phil_X Might be a money issue. Okoye might have valued himself higher. He played on a 1 year deal last season with the hopes of showcasing himself with a fresh start to get a bigger payday.

@Phil_X Need to do my homework on him, but I’m thinking the Bears might be done with WR’s unless there’s a HUGE value sitting there. They have Marshall, Bennett, Hester, Devin Thomas, Weems and Johnny Knox as locks, even if Knox might start on the PUP list.

I’ll be writing about this in the days/weeks to come, but it seems like the Bears are going to be very defensively focused in the draft. With Okoye leaving, they may be adding DE and DT in the draft. And that’s not to mention wanted some LB depth and a S. Oh, and don’t forget OL too. And let’s be honest, how many of their draft picks beyond the 3rd round (or in Rounds1-3 for that matter) are going to be impact players?
