Rumor has it that $15 is guaranteed, so that's almost exactly what he got, I think it's fair for both parties. Forte is a top 7 back in the NFL, worth more than Lynch but less than Foster or McCoy. This is great news for all the fans, because even I Forte had played under the franchise tag, unhappy players tend to produce less. BEAR DOWN!!
