September 9, 2012 – Bears roll past Colts 41-21 in 2012 season opener. Brandon Marshall has a huge day, Urlacher returns to start season as promised.

September 13, 2012 – Bears fall to Packers 23-10 AGAIN! Cutler shoves Webb.  Forte ankle sprain 1.0.

September 17, 2012 – I proclaim that Jay Cutler is not the quarterback to lead the Bears to the Super Bowl.

September 23, 2012 – Bears beat Rams 23-6. Tim Jennings nabs his 4th INT of the season and Major Wright has a pick-6.

October 1, 2012 – Bears move to 3-1 as they beat the Cowboys 34-18 on Monday Night Football as D dominates again.

October 7, 2012 – Bears defense continues to dominate as Bears overrun Jaguars 41-3.  Alshon Jeffery breaks his hand and is expected to miss 4-6 weeks.   Sadly, Bears fan Chris Pettry attending the game is killed in a Jacksonville bar.

October 10, 2012 – we were debating a contract extension for Lovie Smith.  No, I’m not kidding.  What’s worse? 56% of fans voted to extend him.

October 16, 2012 – Chris Williams is cut by the Bears.  It ends a sad journey of the former first round draft pick who was set to compete for the starting left tackle job just a couple of months earlier.

October 22, 2012 – Jay Cutler was battered and bruised in the Bears’ 13-7 win over the Lions in prime time.

October 26, 2012 – Bears stage a comeback to defeat the Carolina Panthers 23-22.

November 4, 2012 – Bears move to 7-1 with record setting 51-20 win over the Tennessee Titans.   Bears fans took over Nashville (yours truly included) and drank the town dry.
