Mayor Emmanuel is trying to get a Super Bowl to Chicago.  He and Phil Emery have something in common, I guess.  Doesn’t Rahmbo know that Soldier Field is too small to get a Super Bowl.  He should know something about being too small.  He still can’t ride all the rides at Great America.
