2012 #66– Jason Witten Witten is a top-tier fantasy tight end that had one of the best weeks of the season in Week #8 against the New York Giants when he had 18 catches for 167 yards.  He has been incredibly consistent since 2004 catching between 67-110 balls and usually around 1,000 yards the only drawback is that his touchdowns have decreased since the emergence of Dez Bryant.  Witten is a top 5 tight end and there is no reason not to think he won’t be again in 2013.  Just be careful to get a tight end when the run starts in your draft.

Retro-#66 2002– Jay Fiedler QB- Miami Dolphins Fiedler’s best season was in 2001 and regressed in 2002 with 2,024 yards passing with 14 TD’s and 9 Int’s. He threw his last NFL pass in 2005. Fiedler was the typical field manager but never put up huge stats and if he was your regular starter you were in a lot of trouble winning weeks.

Looking ahead #66

ESPN– Tavon Austin Wr St. Louis Rams- Austin will have every opportunity to be the #1 receiver for the Rams if he makes his mark he could be a steal because he should be around later than most wide receivers because of his rookie status.

CBS– Shane Vereen- RB New England Patriots- Now that Danny Woodhead has moved on the experts are guessing that Vereen will take those fantasy points, but I’m not buying Vereen as fantasy worthy in 2013. What do you think?
