Another day at Chicago Bears camp and another injury this time it’s a season ending injury. Kelvin Hayden tore his hamstring today at camp and will be out for the rest of the season.

This is a pretty big loss for the Bears secondary with Hayden having taken ownership of the nickel position.

It looks like it is a contest between veteran Zack Bowman and 2012 6th round draft pick Isaiah Frey to fill the void left after the Hayden injury for the nickel position. This is a really big opportunity for Frey who will see action and for sure get tested when the pre-season schedule gets kicked off Friday night in Charlotte.

A very discouraging  injury plagued pre-season just got worse for the Bears!  How worried are you getting with these injuries piling up?
