Dance with the Date who brung ya

The Bears offense has been improved in a few categories.  Jay Cutler has only been sacked 3 times in 3 games and has done well limited his turnovers.  The offensive line has all but eliminated the dreaded pre-snap penalties and given Cutler a clean pocket.

On defense, the Mel Tucker has picked up right where Lovie Smith left off, taking the ball away.  The Bears have the best turnover ratio and the most takeaways in the league.

On Sunday against the Lions, it’s not that complicated; use the same formula you’ve been using so far – take the ball away, protect that precious ball and Jay Cutler.

It’s Time to get Ridiculous

Devin Hester has been like a volcano just waiting to erupt and the Lions might be just the ones to let that volcano erupt.   He had a monster game a couple of weeks ago and seems like he’s returned to his old self.  Nothing could help turn around a tough game than a kickoff or punt return.  I think it’s time.

What do you think?  What do the Bears need to do to come out of Detroit with a perfect 4-0 record and early control of the NFC North?  Let’s see your comments below.
