Despite his standout performance at Wisconsin, Wilson’s 2012 draft stock dropped to the third round. After winning the starting job in 2012, Wilson was named last year’s Rookie of the Year and was voted by the fans as the 2012 VIZIO Top Value Performer. With another outstanding season and the first-ever returning TVP candidate, Wilson has earned the right to defend his title.

Jeffery has been a valuable player at every level of competition – from his 80–0 undefeated high school basketball career, where he won four state titles, to his time at University of South Carolina where he set receiving records. Jeffery has solidified himself as a key weapon and counterpart to Chicago’s standout receiver. He has built a great rapport with his quarterback and broke his own franchise single–game record this season.

An under-the-radar player, Stacy was deep in the stable of St. Louis running backs before being called upon in week five against Jacksonville. A strong showing morphed the fifth round rookie from Vanderbilt into the team’s most consistent offensive weapon this season.

With an ability to elude defenders twice his size, the small, shifty rookie out of Chapel Hill, NC has helped turn Cincinnati into an offensive powerhouse. At his best when the lights are brightest, Giovani’s strongest performances have come during primetime games, on a Monday night with two scores over Pittsburgh and on a Thursday night with electrifying runs against Miami.

2013 base salary: $405,000

I think this is the first of many awards to come for Jeffery and his promising career in Chicago.  It may be a tough go, but go out and stuff the ballot box for Jeffery.  As we say, that’s the Chicago way!
