Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanual usually has a way of putting his foot in his mouth.  His pitch for bringing a Super Bowl to Chicago is silly.  Just look out your window Mr. Mayor and let me know how well you think a Super Bowl would play in this weather.  Last time I visited Soldier Field, your Park District didn’t even bother to clear the snow from the seating area.  Then again, if it meant replacing that godawful sod for some Field Turf, I’d at least consider it.

But during a recent interview with the Chicago Tribune’s David Haugh, Emanual also brought up an idea that makes perfect sense – taking the NFL Draft on the road and bringing it to Chicago.
