Since no one is beating down his door for a vacant front office position, former Chicago Bears GM has taken to the blogosphere.  He recently ranked all of the 2013 quarterbacks, including a couple of familiar faces – Jay Cutler and Josh McCown.

Angelo had Cutler ranked in the third tier of quarterbacks, the “Talented, has good history of play, but had a subpar year. Lack of durability, deficiency in an intangible area, poor cast around him or coaching. Any of these reasons may have kept him from playing to his potential. May be a descending player” category.  Cutler was listed among his usual contemporaries, Matt Ryan, Tony Romo and Matthew Stafford.
