The Chicago Bears have signed Kelvin Hayden to a one year contract after rumors have been out there for a week that the Bears were contemplating bringing Hayden back for the 2014 season.

Hayden appeared in all 16 games while starting twice in 2012 for the Bears, during that season he picked off one pass and had 36 tackles, but he injured his hamstring in this past preseason and was placed on I.R. for the 2013 season.

This move is just a minor move in what has to be the summer of rebuilding the Bears defense back into respectability!
