13th overall- Williams Jackson III– CB- Houston- Miami Dolphins

William Jackson III happens to be my personal favorite corner back. That is of course taking Jalen Ramsey out of the equation as a pure cornerback. Jackson is an aggressive press corner with plus speed, and ball skills who can develop into a shut down corner. He can also mix it up in the run game. Very smart and versatile. Top notch instincts. Could probably add a little more core strength, but that is very doable. He can also contribute on Special teams as well. An excellent value pick at this spot. Jackson has a lot of those can’t teach skills. This fills a need for Miami without sacrificing the best player available philosophy as Jackson could very well be the best available player at this spot.
