Overall, Matt Nagy and his coaching staff seemed to have their players in position to make good plays, but there is still no answer to why Howard is being used so little. One questionable call by Nagy occurred in the waning seconds of the first half. With one second left on the clock, the offense had the ball on the Patriots’ 40-yard line. Instead of going for the end zone, they settled for a pass across the middle to Cohen for 19 yards to end the half. Why not go for the end zone, or at least let Parkey attempt a 58-yard field goal?
