Chicago Bears: Round 2, Pick No. 52

As much as a need as the offensive line is, the Bears can’t pass up if Moore is there at 52. The Ole Miss prospect has met previously with the team. While his draft stock is rising, he could fall solely due to other team’s needs.

Bradd Biggs of the Chicago Tribune has Moore in his latest mock at 20th overall. As Biggs pointed out, Moore brings an explosive element to Matt Nagy’s offense that the Bears have been truly lacking.

He has a good vertical push, his route running is phenomenal, and he could find himself a nice niche as the Bears’ slot receiver. He’s got a similar grit as Fields, making great catches after some tough hits during his collegiate career. The team did sign Marquise Goodwin, but I like Moore’s upside and youth over Goodwin’s experience. If teams are foolish to let him slip here, the Bears must take advantage.
