The Chicago Bears must stay far away from Brian Flores as head coach

Brian Flores’ Trail of Red Flags in Miami should scare the Chicago Bears
With the firing of Brian Flores being such a shock to everyone in the football world, we finally got a glimpse of why Flores’ tenure ended in Miami. In an article from Barry Jackson, a writer for ESPN, he hinted at a potential power struggle between Flores and general manager Chris Grier. Jackson said Flores wanted all of the following: “more power in everything” and “more people to report to him”
It was also reported that Flores cut communication with his staff after thanksgiving, leaving assistants wondering what the plan was for the team and organization.
It appears some want to discredit these reports as they came from the team that fired him, but there are plenty of direct reports like this on the matter. Flores isn’t going to go through so many offensive coordinators and staff if this was not at least partly, if not mostly true. Cutting off all communication to your team — whether if the team is winning or not — is a huge red flag and should be enough to make the Chicago Bears think twice about hiring Flores.
