1. Ryan Poles

Ryan Poles is young and will be just 37 during his first season if hired. However, that is what the team needs, and the word is that Poles has developed relationships around the NFL to where he can build a front office that helps the young ascending candidate.

Poles was an offensive lineman from Boston College. He has spent his entire time in Kansas City, and if there is one thing he knows and learned in KC, it is to build the lines. Kansas City had two elite tackles and spent no time moving on from both and replacing most of the line.

Poles was with the Chiefs as Andy Reid came in and built up the lines, the same way he did in Philadelphia.

Beyond that, despite spending his career in Kansas City, and being young, he is experienced, and well versed. He has bounced around from pro to college and has worn many hats already in the Chiefs organization.

Beyond that, he has stayed in one front office through three General Managers. Scott Pioli hired him, John Dorsey kept him, and Brett Veach promoted him. Pilio came from Bill Belichick, Dorsey came from Ron Wolf and the Green Bay Packers, and Veach was a pick from the Eagles and a tie to Andy Reid.

Three different coaches, and GM philosophies all saw something in Poles worth keeping. It helps that he is turning heads in interviews as well. Keep an eye on Ryan Poles.
