The Chicago Bears could target Bengals DT, B.J. Hill

The last player the Chicago Bears could consider on the Bengals is B.J. Hill. Hill was drafted in the third round by the New York Giants in 2018. I know, shockingly it was not the Cleveland Browns.

Hill only played for three years in New York. He started out hot by finishing with 5.5 sacks in his rookie season. However, for the next two years, he only had one sack each season. The Bengals bet on Hill worked as he saw another year with 5.5 sacks.

B.J. Hill also finished with the most combined tackles of his career this year with 50. His pressures reached 15 this season, one more than the most he recorded in 2018.

With Matt Eberflus changing the base defense from a 3-4 to a 4-3, the team will need to look at the defensive line carefully. It will be very important for the new defensive coordinator, Alan Williams to find the right combination within his defensive tackles. B.J. Hill could be someone they pursue.
