2. Cameron Jurgens, Nebraska

Average Mock Draft Position: 107

NFL Comparison: Chris Chester

A lot of these fits are similar in how athletic they are. Even more than that is Cam Jurgens being a former tight end, similar to Dylan Parham. Jurgens also took his freshman year to convert from tight end to center.

Then, he spent three years as the starting center for Nebraska. With the fact that he was an offensive weapon as recently as 2018, you can see that he is rather athletic.

While Chris Chester played guard, and Jurgens is the most experienced center on the list, his athleticism should translate to a lot of areas.

With his athletic traits he played in a zone scheme, and one of his best attributes was his ability to pull into the second level and get his hands on linebackers.

Jurgens is one of the younger centers of this group but is the most experienced and his athleticism may be the most apparent on video. The upside is worth a third-round shot for sure. While his mock draft position is a bit lower, he should really be in play for pick 71.
