2. Special Teams

The reality is that if Pringle can hold onto his job, and if Velus Jones doesn’t feel overwhelmed as a rookie, then the Chicago Bears wide receivers making the roster from here should be proficient special teams players.

This could be where Equanimeous St. Brown starts to gain attention. He played 183 career special teams snaps, and that includes all phases. David Moore has played 270 special teams snaps, although almost every snap he has is return game, while ESB played more snaps as a coverage man.

Lastly is Pettis with 45 special teams snaps, Harry with 32, and Sharpe with nine special teams snaps. Pettis is the most productive, so special teams may not hurt him. Moore is productive but not as versatile as Pettis. He has special team experience, but not as many units as ESB. He is more productive than ESB, and more useful on special teams than Pettis, though. Harry really is leaving little to get excited about, and no underlying numbers separate him from these other guys.
