There is already speculation of Michael Pittman, Jr. being on the trade block

When there is smoke, there is usually fire. General manager, Chris Ballard already said he’s going to do whatever it takes to find a quarterback this offseason. After going the veteran route the last couple of years (Carson Wentz, Phillip Rivers and Matt Ryan), I would have to think the Colts want to look at the draft instead now that they own the fourth-overall pick.

Well, it would make sense that they’d consider moving Michael Pittman in a trade to move up from four to the top pick in the draft should Ryan Poles consider requesting him. Pittman is a very solid wide receiver. He isn’t a WR1 but has the potential to become one. He is 6’4″ and 220 pounds. He too is heading into the final year of his contract and if the Colts don’t want to pay him, it makes sense to move him this offseason.

Pittman would make sense for the Chicago Bears too. He is only 25 years old and is coming off a 925-yard season. He hit the 1,000-yard mark the year prior. I’d like to see him up his touchdowns as his career-high is only six in a season. This past season, he only came away with four. Some stability at the quarterback position could be what he needs to try and prove he can be a WR1 in the league.
