In a recent addition to the DraftKings Sportsbook, bettors can now bet on which team Justin Fields will play for in the 2024-25 NFL season. The Chicago Bears have the No. 1 pick, and there's belief the Bears will select Caleb Williams with that pick.

Are the Chicago Bears going to roll with Justin Fields, or is his journey in Chicago all but over?
Will the Chicago Bears keep Justin Fields, or do they reset the QB rookie contract?
Could the Chicago Bears trade Justin Fields, or is Ryan Poles willing to build around Fields for another draft? Fields' rookie contract is coming up, so after this season, the Chicago Bears would have to pay up to keep the former No. 11 pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.
Since being drafted, Justin Fields has been an up-and-down quarterback for the Bears. Sometimes, he looks like an incredibly capable dual-threat quarterback. Other times, however, it's uncertain what he's seeing on the field. The inconsistencies in his game are what makes this a tough decision for the Chicago Bears.

Throughout Fields' time with the Chicago Bears, it's been up and down, but given the position Ryan Poles and the Chicago Bears are in, it might be time to go another direction at quarterback. The NFL is a business, and when you can get someone who could be better and likely won't be worse for a fraction of the price, it's hard to pass up.
That said, if Ryan Poles believes he can build a better team for the Chicago Bears around Justin Fields than he could draft a quarterback with the No. 1 pick, then the choice is to keep Justin Fields.
The NFL Draft is still a couple of months away, but the Chicago Bears will need to make a decision soon as to what they want to do with Justin Fields.

Chicago Bears trade partner No. 9: Tennessee Titans (+4000 odds)
The Tennessee Titans recently got rid of their coach, so does that indicate a potential move with the Chicago Bears for Justin Fields?
Will Levis, a second-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, showed promise as the Titans quarterback moving forward. He has some work to do, as most young quarterbacks do, so it seems unlikely that the Bears trade Justin Fields to the Titans. The 40:1 odds make sense here.
Titans fans, don't hold your breath. You might as well ride with your mayo-loving quarterback.
Chicago Bears trade partner No. 8: Washington Commanders (+3000 odds)
The Washington Commanders and Chicago Bears have been linked together for trades recently, but they haven't included Justin Fields.
Most of the recent trade rumors between the Commanders and Bears include the first overall pick, as Caleb Williams and new offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury spent time working together prior. The connection makes sense, but the Chicago Bears would have to like one of the other quarterbacks— or Justin Fields— equally as much as Caleb Williams to feel like trading the No. 1 pick.
It seems unlikely to me that the Commanders would trade with the Chicago Bears for anything besides the No. 1 pick. A trade for Justin Fields here feels unlikely. Another situation where the odds, 30:1, make sense.
Chicago Bears trade partner No. 7: Minnesota Vikings (+2200 odds)
The Minnesota Vikings are in a situation with their quarterback Kirk Cousins that could end up in Justin Fields being traded from the Chicago Bears to Minnesota. It's not super likely, given the 22:1 odds, but it makes a little more sense than the last couple, given the context.
Kirk Cousins is coming off a season-ending torn Achilles, and with the Minnesota Vikings having a good team around that position, could Justin Fields be who they want running their offense?
The Vikings have had three seasons to play against him twice per year, and that is valuable scouting. It's either enough to sell them on Justin Fields, or it's enough to keep them away entirely. With Fields' game being so inconsistent, it's hard to predict how well he's going to play on a week-by-week basis.
Will the Vikings make the move, or is Kirk Cousins the guy moving forward?

Chicago Bears trade partner No. 6: New England Patriots (+1600 odds)
In all honesty, this is one of my favorite destinations for Fields, especially if New England can land Marvin Harrison Jr. with their first-round pick.
Hiring Jerrod Mayo as the head coach makes this team less of an ideal destination, but it's not like Bill Belichick was the world's most renowned offensive mind. Justin Fields likely needs an innovative offensive mind alongside him if he wants to make it in the NFL, or at least if he wants to figure out what's necessary to succeed in the league. Once he figures out a way to be consistent, Fields can be a really special player in this league.
The Patriots also got to see one of the best versions of Justin Fields in their Monday Night Football matchup in Week 7 of 2022. There could've been something the Patriots saw in that game that made them believe he could make their team better.
The New England Patriots are my sleeper team for landing Justin Fields in a trade with the Chicago Bears. If I were a betting man, the 16:1 odds would be tempting. Whether it happens, who knows? If it does, however, expect a victory lap from me.
Chicago Bears trade partner No. 5: Pittsburgh Steelers (+1600 odds)
This is another team I see making sense for Justin Fields. There's smoke between the two teams, and where there's smoke, there could be fire— maybe.
The Steelers have a nice roster, especially offensively. Yet, their offense stalled with the rotation of quarterbacks Pittsburgh had to go with. Kenny Pickett, Mitchell Trubisky, and Mason Rudolph aren't necessarily the cream of the crop at the quarterback position, but would Justin Fields be a big enough upgrade to warrant them trading for him?
While the fit makes sense offensively, there's not a whole lot of certainty on whether Mike Tomlin wants to bring in a new quarterback to battle it out with the other three on the roster. He could want to roll with what he's got.
If he wants someone new at quarterback, however, Justin Fields could be the guy.
Chicago Bears trade partner No. 4: Denver Broncos (+1600 odds)
Unlike the other two teams in this group, this doesn't make as much sense to me.
Sean Payton doesn't strike me as the coach who wants a quarterback with a skill set that doesn't begin and end with pocket passing and elite processing. Considering the similarities between the way Russell Wilson and Justin Fields play quarterback, I personally don't see Payton making this move, given the struggles Payton's had with Wilson.
A quarterback who makes a lot more sense for the Broncos would be J.J. McCarthy. McCarthy seems like he was made in a lab for Sean Payton, so I wouldn't expect to see Justin Fields in a different shade of blue and orange from the Chicago Bears.

Chicago Bears trade partner No. 3: Seattle Seahawks (+750 odds)
We're creeping into the area where each team remaining makes sense for the Chicago Bears to trade Justin Fields to them.
The Seattle Seahawks make sense for the main reason they're a playoff team without a quarterback. The offensive side of the ball in Seattle is a powerful group, and with the addition of a dual-threat quarterback like Justin Fields, it could be what they need to make their next step.
Geno Smith wasn't necessarily the league's best quarterback, but on that Seahawks roster, he made a loud noise. The noise went down a bit in 2023, but there was still serious offensive firepower on that team outside of quarterback.
Plus, Fields would look pretty sweet in those Seattle Seahawks uniforms.
Chicago Bears trade partner No. 2: Las Vegas Raiders (+450 odds)
Now, actually, this team doesn't make as much sense, especially after their hiring of Luke Getsy.
Justin Fields and Luke Getsy probably don't want to work together again, as they were both clearly made for someone else. Fields is meant to be used in an offense that moves the pocket and utilizes quarterback rushes. Getsy, on the other hand, comes from working with Aaron Rodgers. For ease of comparison, Justin Fields and Aaron Rodgers aren't the same quarterback in any way.
Now, the Raiders do have an interesting offense outside of the quarterback position. I'd still consider Seattle more win-now than Vegas, thus making a trade more likely for Seattle than Vegas.
All-in-all, I'd be utterly shocked to see Fields get dealt to the Raiders. Before Getsy's hiring, maybe it would make more sense, but now with Getsy as the offensive coordinator for the Raiders, I wouldn't count on this deal happening.
Chicago Bears trade partner No. 1: Atlanta Falcons (+140 odds)
Now, the Atlanta Falcons have been my favorite landing spot for Justin Fields since the very first rumor of Fields being traded made its way to my eyeballs.
Imagining an offense with Bijan Robinson, Drake London, Kyle Pitts, and Justin Fields would be wildly entertaining. The Falcons aren't necessarily the best team in the NFL, but with how lackluster the NFC South performed last season, nothing is saying an average team couldn't win that division next season.
There are obviously strides higher than average, but the sentiment behind that is they could find success while still in the "building" phase of their team. The NFC South isn't as competitive as, say, the NFC North or the AFC North, so winning while still building up the roster is totally doable.
If the Chicago Bears trade Justin Fields, the Atlanta Falcons are my top trade destination. It seems as though it's the best position for a quarterback like Justin Fields to thrive in. The weapons are everywhere, and they complement the way Justin Fields plays quarterback.
