You never like to see another man get injured, especially when it could ruin his career.  But when I hear Favre went down with an arm injury I crack a little smile.

Remember Nathan Vasher, aka The Interceptor?  We’ve been hearing for almost a month about his eminant return from injury, yet remain disappointed every week.  Short a miracle healing of Mike Brown, I can’t imagine a bigger impact for the Bears defense then to get Vasher back.  I’m sure seeing Vasher starting would start Eli off to a rough Sunday.

Sunday was an enjoyable day for football – great matchups, close games, and no loss by Chicago.
Adrian Peterson showed again what he showed when tore apart the Bears D: It doesn’t really matter who he’s running against, or how many players a team stacks in the box. He is going to run over the first defender, juke the second, and burn past the third and fourth. The man is simply an amazing talent.
