Urlacher Denies Retirement Rumors

The Chicago Tribune released an interview with Chicago Bears linebacker, Brian Urlacher, where he denies any rumors that he is considering retirement.  The article can be seen here:  http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/football/bears/cs-brian-urlacher-chicago-bears-080418,1,2933032.story

Accusations began to float around Chicago that Urlacher would consider retiring if the Bears did not restructure his contract.  Urlacher flat out denies the rumors and said the only way he would play for another team than the Bears would be if they traded him.  Since that’s not going to happen you can count on Urlacher retiring in a Bears jersey.

Urlacher is in his 8th year in the league and stated he has a goal to play in the league 12 years and step out of the way before he can no longer keep up with younger players.

I hope he doesn’t retire. The Bears defense took a bunch if injury hits last year. I don’t think they will be that bad this year if they can somehow find a way to have at least one wide out of their list of no names perform well. Maybe they have a star in that haystack of crap. I am not sure the running game can get a boost either. I think it was a big mistake trading Jones. But that is my opinion.

How do we know that this article is not just a bunch of lies like your last one was?  Speaking of which, did you go back and apologize to that guy for publicly insulting him based on your mistakes?

The entire article was a satire on those who do make things up, which in the case of that site is predominatly Eagle fans.  The guy is a die hard Broncos fan.  With that said, do you have anything to say?  Those two facts alone are enough to make every point you tried to make a lie or a mistake.  If you want more specifics respond and I’ll break it down point by point.
