I Hope Chester Taylor Runs Better Than He Sings

facebooktwitterreddit

Chester Taylor continued the tradition of celebrities and new players in town singing the 7th inning stretch at the Cubs game.    It started off with him asking Bears fans if they were ready to win a Super Bowl and went downhill from there.  How bad was it?  See for yourself:

That was Ditka-esque bad.  What you didn’t see in the video was Taylor chatting it up with Cubs announcers during the next half inning.  He asked if Northwestern was a good college football team here in “ILLINOIZ.”  Someone please correct this.  He’s new in town, so I’ll give him a pass.

Usually players spend the full bottom of the inning in the booth chatting it up, but Chester was so cold, Len and Bob let him go early.  Chester, you ain’t playin’ in that dome any more.  Get used to the BEAR WEATHER!

Welcome to town, go get some singing lessons and…

BEAR DOWN!!!

H/T to Clubhouse Cancer for the link to the video.
