Jay Cutler, the Most Intercepted Man in the World

You know those “the most interesting man in the world” commercials?  Here’s a snippet one of my readers shared:

He is…

THE MOST INTERCEPTED MAN IN THE WORLD!

  • Jonathan

I think Brett Favre has beat him to the punch.

    • Boomer

Jay’s giving him a run for his money.

If Cutler was on any other team, he’d be one of the best QBs in the league. When are fans going to realize that it’s not the player, it’s our system of mediocrity and underachieving that is to blame and not the players?

Kyle Orton? Marc Colombo? Cedric Benson? Thomas Jones? All successful in other cities. Our coaching staff, general management and ownership are among THE WORST in the league.

While I do agree that we have horrible coaching and that other players have shown great success in other cities, Jay Cutler is not playing like an all star even when he has the time to throw.

He hangs onto the ball WAY to long. He’s been extremely inaccurate with his throws in the last 4 weeks. And he’s made some extremely poor decisions.

He never has been one of the Best QBs in the league and I personally don’t see him having the ability to be the best. Outside of one year where he had to throw the ball ten thousand times, he has been a great Qb at best. Certainly not “the best in the league”.

    • Aaron

are you seriously calling Kyle Orton successful with the Broncos?

      • Jonathan

playing at a pro bowl level is pretty successful.

  • Bela Pelosi, Capitol Hill

Jay Cutler will NEVER be more than what he is NOW….mediocre at best. He has NEVER posted a winning record. I suppose he had bad coaches at Vanderbilt and DEN too? If I’m the new GM come January….I package Cutler and Tommie Harris to anyone willing to give me a number one and a number two.
