Bears Will Play Bucs in London
Even though the NFL schedule hasn’t been released yet, multiple sources are reporting that the Chicago Bears will face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in London. If history holds true, the game will take place some time in October.
If you’re a Bears season ticket holder, fear not. The Bears were set to face the Bucs in Tampa this year, so the Bears will still get their usual 8 regular season game.
Of course, all of this hinges on NFL ownership and the now-decertified players union coming to an agreement to end the NFL lockout.
The Bears beat the Dallas Cowboys 17-6 in the NFL’s first preseason game in London, way back in 1986.
