Bear Goggles On Staff Makes 2011 NFL Predictions
Happy Kickoff Day! The Packers and the Saints will kick off the season and officially end one of the most painful offseasons ever. If I never type the word “lockout” again, it will be too soon. It’s never too early to start looking ahead and make some predictions for the season. I’ve asked our staff writers and contributors to pick the division winners, wild card teams and pick a Super Bowl winner. It gives me plenty of ammo to talk smack at how little we really know.
Last season, all our writers picked the Packers to win the NFC North and only two had the Bears qualifying for the postseason. A couple actually had the Packers winning the Super Bowl. Notice that they’re no longer here, even if they were right! We can’t have any closet Packer backers on this site!

A lot of our playoff teams are the same, even though there are a few different champions. All of our writers like the AFC to win the Super Bowl. I guess if our Bears can’t win it, we can’t give it to a conference rival. A couple of us left the Bears out of the postseason.
