The Jacksonville Jaguars just can’t seem to get it right.  Year after year, they’re drafting in the Top 10.  They can’t draw fans and the team is sort of a mess.  They installed a new regime and with it comes changes, just like the Chicago Bears are learning.  New head coach Gus Bradley has a defensive orientation, so he could be looking to bolster that side of the ball.  Meanwhile, new owner Shad Khan needs to make a splash and get an impact player and someone to put some asses in the seats.  Blaine Gabbert doesn’t appear to be answer at quarterback and for whatever reason they don’t want to bring the circus called Tim Tebow to town.  Could they make a splash for a quarterback?  Does Bradley get an impact defensive lineman?
